Creating new jewelry from old, restringing necklaces and bracelets, and re-working earrings are considered a custom order. I will need to gather some information from you and then provide you with an estimate. Please email me at flcndesigns@aol.com with the details of your request.
I will contact you in 2-3 days with a price for your custom request along with an order number. If you decide to make this purchase, please mail the following to me:
- 1. The order number.
- 2. A check (post dated checks are not accepted) or money order to cover the cost of the custom item plus $10.00 for postage, handling, and insurance. Make your check payable to Falcon Designs. (U.S. addresses only)
- 3. Provide me with your name, complete address, telephone number, and email address. In order to avoid delays, it is important for me to be able to contact you if I have questions about your order.
Your jewelry will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your merchandise. All sales are final on custom orders.
